Auditor

The word auditor comes from the Latin audir meaning to listen. In Dianetics and Scientology, an auditor is someone who administers the technology of Dianetics and Scientology to others in order to help them achieve greater spiritual awareness and freedom. He/she does this by asking a specific question from the person being audited, getting the answer, and then acknowledging that person for the answer.
